30-Day Paddle Trial

Our goal is to make sure you end up with a paddle you love. You can return or exchange paddles within 30 days if you aren't completely satisfied and we'll help you find the right paddle for you. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable method of shipping as we can't be held responsible for packages that don't make it to us. Paddles that have been modified in any way (re-gripped, personalized with a name, etc.) are not eligible for return/exchange. We are a small, family-run business, so please don't abuse this generous policy to try out several paddles with the intention of returning all but one of them.

Our Return Policy

For items other than paddles, within 30 days of your purchase you can return your new, unused items for a full refund. All shipping charges to return items are at your expense. 

Returns of Pickleball Tutor products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
